TAC’s Roadmap 2025

Last week, TAC announced its mission to help EVM apps and developers expand into Telegram and support its evolution into a thriving hub for DeFi and beyond. Today, it's time to share the next step: The Roadmap.

TAC's roadmap is laid out in three integral phases - Ignite, Flame, and Radiance. Each phase helps TAC smoothly evolve from testnet to full-scale deployment, delivering value to developers and end-users.

Ignite (Q1 – Q2 2025)

The Ignite phase establishes TAC’s core infrastructure, setting a solid foundation to empower Ethereum dApps in reaching Telegram’s 1B+ users.

It prioritizes onboarding leading Ethereum Mainnet protocols and assets, while bootstrapping liquidity for the EVM DeFi ecosystem on TON, powered by TAC.

Additionally, it rallies ambassadors and early supporters to join the TAC Force, rewarding dedicated advocates through campaigns like the TAC Pilled, in collaboration with @KaitoAI.

Key Milestones:

• Testnet Launch (completed): Lay the foundation for dApp deployment and community engagement.
• Liquidity bootstrap: Kickstart liquidity for EVM DeFi ecosystem on the TON blockchain via The Summoning with @turtleclubhouse.
• Introduce Sequencer Layer: Enhance the TON-Adapter by implementing a dedicated sequencing mechanism to ensure reliable, ordered, and efficient transaction processing within the network.
• Implement Proof-of-Stake (PoS): Promote network decentralization and encourage active participation.
• Permissionless Sequencers: Facilitate unrestricted access, allowing new sequencers to join freely.
• Developer Tools: Onboard key Infrastructure partners (oracles, indexers, safe wallets, custody providers) and release tac-cli and “TAC developer console” for easy Hybrid dApp development and debugging.‍
• DApp Onboarding: Support the onboarding of blue-chip Ethereum DeFi apps on TON.
• Community building: Welcome ambassadors to the TAC Force and reward believers who actively support the TAC Mission via the TAC Pilled

Flame (Q2 – Q4 2025)

The Flame Phase kicks off with the launch of the TAC Mainnet.

In this phase, Ethereum developers will take their dApps live on TON as Hybrid dApps, tapping into TON's massive user base. It also introduces a governance framework and unlocks rewards for early supporters and builders.

• Mainnet Launch: Marks a major step forward, bringing TAC to a broader audience.
• Developer Tools: Expand TAC SDK docs with in-depth tutorials to help developers new to TON and cross-chain systems.
• Staking Reward Activation: Incentivize network security by rewarding participants for staking.
• TAC Incentive Program: Boost the DeFi infrastructure for TON crypto Native users.
• Governance: Introduce a comprehensive and effective governance framework.
• DeFi Integration: Partner with popular consumer apps on Telegram and help them embed EVM DeFi primitives.

Radiance (Q4 2025 onward)

The Radiance phase will optimize the TON-Adapter and bring Ethereum’s DeFi ecosystem to Telegram Mini Apps and TON. This phase focuses on strengthening the core systems and preparing for long-term growth.

• TON-Adapter Optimization: Optimize stability, throughput, and transaction speed.
• Enhance TAC SDK: Multi-token transactions, broader TON provider support.
• DeFi Expansion: Scale up the number of consumer Telegram Mini Apps to grow the distribution for EVM DeFi primitives.

TAC isn’t just building infrastructure. It is bringing web3 adoption to where the users already are. By combining Ethereum’s depth with Telegram’s scale, TAC sets the stage for a new generation of consumer crypto. Apps that are easy to use, widely accessible, and deeply integrated into everyday digital life. With the TON-Adapter at its core, and a roadmap designed for both speed and sustainability, TAC is turning Telegram into more than just a messaging app — it’s becoming the front door to decentralized finance, gaming, social, and beyond.
